The integrated Alarm Viewer delivers detailed fault diagnostics, including exact alarm triggers and timestamps, helping operators quickly identify issues like intermittent or failing proximity switches and reducing unnecessary downtime.

Safety is improved over legacy controllers by intelligent brake sequencing. When an Emergency Stop (E-Stop) is triggered, the Base coordinates with the PLC to cut motor power before setting the brake, ensuring a smooth, controlled stop that minimizes mechanical shock and wear on pumping unit and drivetrain components.
